After almost 20 years in the banking industry, the last ten in marketing, Carole MacLean opened a successful home-based business. Carole taught her clients how to organize their photographs and make photo albums to preserve their family traditions, stories and precious memories. She also managed a team of business owners and soon discovered her passion for helping women. At the same time, while caring for her elderly parents, she realized how difficult it is for many women to take care of themselves when they are taking care of others. She began “Fuzzy Red Socks” Women’s Retreats. Now Carole is retired and blogs about self care.
Carole says, “Family, Photos, and FUN are my daily mantras. Add yoga and a huge yearning to learn, and that’s me. I love empowering women to be their best and helping others succeed. I am passionate about setting a great example for my beautiful daughter Margaret.”
As past publicity chairperson (2012-2013), Carole was instrumental in coordinating a new website and newsletter header and a branch logo.
