Writing is in Juhi Kunde’s blood. She comes from a long line of distinguished authors and poets. But she also loves studying about the world around her. So she was thrilled to build a writing career focused on cutting-edge scientific discoveries.
Juhi has a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology from UT Austin and a Certificate of Science Writing from UC Santa Cruz. After being trained as a science journalist, Juhi spent nearly a decade helping doctors and researchers explain complicated science to lay audiences. Her work has appeared in newspapers, magazines, blogs, and non-profit publications
Now with two young children in tow, Juhi has returned to her love of poetry to publish a unique gift book for mothers, Expressions of Milk.
Her poetry has been displayed at the Alameda County Fair.
She has held memberships with the Washington Independent Writers, the National Association of Science Writers and the American Independent Writers clubs.
